Note:  Notwithstanding that DTV applications are done online (through all Thai Embassies and Consulates effective 01JAN2025), each Thai Embassy or Consulate has substantial discretion to interpret the applicable regulations for DTV visas and to require Consular Post specific documentation within the broader framework set by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

  • Create a covering document or brief explaining the facts of your DTV application and the basis for your eligibility for a DTV. We believe in making it as easy as possible for the Foreign Ministry to “get to yes” on your DTV application by clearly and concisely explaining why you qualify and itemizing or summarizing the evidence in support.

  • If you have difficulty obtaining necessary evidence, we will help guide you through how to obtain the necessary evidence or, if certain types of evidence are simply unavailable, suggest alternative forms of evidence for each specific issue to be addressed.

If, on the other hand, you already have a written employment agreement but we feel it does not adequately meet the Consular Post’s requirements, our US attorneys will make suggestions for amending or revising your existing agreement to better reflect your DTV eligibility. There is no additional fee to you when such additional services are required, we pay the consulting attorneys for their assistance to us in preparing your  DTV application.

  • In addition to review, assistance, guidance or drafting of employment agreements when needed, our contract attorneys will advise those clients who need a company platform for their application on the least expensive and easiest methods for setting up a company. In many cases, companies (usually Limited Liability Companies or LLC’s) can be formed in the United States, by residents and non-residents for $50 - $200 USD, depending on the specific state filing fees. Our contract attorneys will discuss your situation with you, and provide you with guidance for setting up your own company in the most favorable jurisdiction, including providing working examples of necessary formation documentation such as Operating Agreements.

  • Guide you through selecting the best Thai Embassy or Consulate to apply for your DTV, based on the individual Post requirements, your specific location, circumstances and evidence and, your near term travel plans.

  • After compiling and organizing all evidence as PDF files suitable for uploading on the DTV online application, we will complete and submit your DTV application.

  • We will respond to any requests for additional evidence or documentation by working with you to obtain and prepare an evidentiary or explanatory response.

  • In the rare event that one our clients is asked to visit the Thai Embassy or Consulate for an in person interview, we will do interview preparation with the applicant by Zoom video conferencing prior to their scheduled appearance for interview.
